Target Audience
We run courses for both young people (14-17 year olds), and adults. We are also able to tailor courses to specific requirements eg. Corporate.
Graphic content warning
For educational purposes, students will be shown graphic content; including videos &/or images of injuries sustained from bladed instruments, physical altercations and News footage etc.

Lunch & Hydration
Students attending our course will need to bring a packed lunch and plenty of fluids for hydration with them.
A reasonable level of fitness is required
This can be a physically demanding course so a reasonable level of fitness is required.
